RETURN AND REFUND RIGHTS

RETURN RIGHTS

1. The Customer has the right to return with no sanction, up to 14 (fourteen) days after the delivery of the product.

2. To exercise the return rights, the Customer has to inform Roberto Sandrini Snc by sending the Return and Refund form attached “RESI” to the e-mail address info@freerain.it.

3. The Customer who want to exercise the return right has to return the product to:

4. The Customer is charged of any possible risks and costs.

5. The Customer who return the product will be refunded of the payments he made, including any possible delivery costs, at the moment that the products have been received and checked by Roberto Sandrini Snc, and it has been verified that they are in the same conditions they had been sold. If the outcome is positive, the refund will be made through the same payment method used by the Customer for the first transaction. The refund is suspended until the reception of the goods.

6. If the returned goods are damaged (for example, with signs of use, scraping, scratch, deformations, ecc.), without all the elements or accessories (intact tags and labels attached to the product included), without the instructions/notes/handbook attached, the original packaging and wrapping and the warranty certificate, where present, Roberto Sandrini Snc will not make any kind of refund: in this case the customer may decide to get back the product at his own expense.

7. In the case of return the customer can choose his own courier. All the shipping costs are charged to the customer. For Extra-Eu countries, in addition to the shipping costs, will be charged on the customer possible duties, taxes and any other cost due to the return.

8. Any possible different amount due to the fluctuation of the currency exchange cannot be refunded.

9. For all the aspect not specifically stated here, has evidence the European legislation for distance trade.
